Is it possible?

Have you ever wondered if it is possible to connect with someone telepathically? There are people who believe humans can connect to others and communicate via extrasensory means. No spoken words, no hearing, no seeing - but still receiving messages. 

Let’s add another layer. What if people could communicate with other entities telepathically? What about people who have passed on? And as I learned very recently, some people can connect to entities on other planets and in other times! This is what channelers claim to do. Connect with another entity to deliver messages to this present reality.

Personally, I have always been skeptical. Skeptical and frankly, scared about the idea of telepathy and channeling. When I was young, I heard ghost stories and saw scary movies where people channeled scary things. Things that intended to hurt people, not help them. Although I’ve always had an open mind, I did not want to expose myself to something I could not control, so I always steered clear of any topics around channeling and mediumship. 

What changed this for me was one key thing: when I connected to my higher self… wasn’t I telepathically communicating with something? After all, my connections to my soul / higher Self happen within me, during my prayers, sometimes meditating, sometimes throughout the day, but all within my mind. Well I guess higher Self / soul is a part of me. But there is an aspect of connecting and communicating beyond my five senses that I wanted to explore more.  

Opportunity knocks 

I found that opportunity in Gaia’s Channeling Conference 2025. I am a huge fan of Gaia and have been watching their videos and online courses for 15+ years. They are a huge community that publishes content about spiritual growth, personal transformation, and so much more. So when I saw this conference dedicated to channeling, I felt compelled to attend. 

I wish I could express the sensations, emotions, and energy I felt at Gaia’s Channeling Conference. The energy there was loving, expectant, supportive, affirmative, and expansive. 

The audience was so excited to be there and listened with open minds and hearts. The host, Jason Liggett led curious discussions with appreciation and emotionality. And the entities we heard from were offering their knowledge to us with benevolence and wholeness in their hearts. 

At this conference though, the host, channels, and entities established some important ground rules around channeling: 

• Law of non-interference - Entities that could be channeled will not force themselves on anyone. Humans have autonomy and must decide and learn for themselves. 
• Reality is ONE - The nature of existence is complex, yet simple. We are all part of the same fabric and part of existence. We are all ONE. 
• Highest good of all involved - The individuals channeling did so with the highest good of all in mind.
• There are two individuals on stage - First, we meet the human speaker, or the channel. This person shares their experience channeling, and then steps aside when they channel and bring another entity to the forefront. 

I captured my experience and key takeaways from each individual channel and entities that spoke to us during the conference in this series of blog articles. This is my personal interpretation as a member of the audience, not an employee or representative of Gaia or the speakers. My hope is that you may learn something new or remember something you forgot you knew! 

Lee Carroll channels KRYON

I enjoyed hearing Lee Carroll. He was so gracious and happy to share his experience. His channeling journey started back in 1989! This was a different time when channeling was definitely judged and misunderstood. He mentioned that he lost friends and loved ones when he admitted his experience as a channeler. It all started with a request: one day he prayed and asked that God show him what is real. He experienced a moment in which he saw the interconnectedness of existence and it was beautiful. He was deeply moved, knowing that beautiful reality was always there for him. Soon after that, he heard Kryon for the first time and began talking and learning from this connection.  

The entity that Lee Carroll channels is called Kryon. Lee describes him as a part of him; “he is always me,” he said. It's a matter of aligning frequencies to connect. 

This teaching parallels that idea that there is no wall between us and each other, us and All That Is. This dichotomy (that we are separate individuals, yet part of one existence) is what Lee awakened to back in 1989. He quotes Carl Jung saying, “Awakening is the death of who you thought you were.” And he did in fact have to give up who he thought he was at the time, to live and connect to the higher reality he was now perceiving. 

Ascension vs Awakening 

Kryon described ascension as distinct from awakening. Typically, once someone awakens to glimpses of truth, the search begins for more information, more truth. The more truth we uncover, the more we will ascend to higher levels of awareness and energetic sensitivity. 

Ascension can be described as opening ourselves to more dimensions. Notice I did not say higher dimensions. In our current 3D plane, existence is pretty linear. However, Kryon clarified that past a certain point, dimensions no longer increase, rather they all exist concurrently. In fact, he said in the presentation, “dimensions go 1, 2, 3, 4… ALL.” 

Additionally, human beings can be in different dimensions depending on their internal state. One person could be in the 3rd dimension and stand next to someone that is in a lower or higher dimension. We all ascend at our own pace, as we awaken to the truth of reality. 

One practice Kryon recommended to help us on our ascension journey is to start the day with gratitude. Take 30 seconds first thing in the morning to calibrate and focus on all the things for which we can give thanks. This can put us in a receptive state to see more. 

For further research

As could be expected when listening to an entity from another planet/dimension, I heard some far out concepts. Although I was pleased to find some ideas that I was familiar with, there was a lot I had never heard before. 

For example, Kryon claimed that human beings have Pleidian DNA. It is hard to find a good source of this alien race, as their existence is a theory and there has been no hard proof of them yet. The Pleidians are from another star system called the Pleiades, also known as the “Seven Sisters.” (Wikipedia, Nov 2025)

So this alien race sent Star Mothers to breed with human beings to intentionally change our DNA. Kryon stated that the 24th chromosome is a multidimensional pair designed to start awakening once humanity reaches a certain point in its evolution. 

The 24th chromosome will enhance human intuition. Intuition picks up information from “the field” where everything is happening and all information exists, including human consciousness. Intuition is the tool within us that picks up information from “the field” that can help us make decisions and take more informed action. 

Since all information is available in the field, once the 24th chromosome opens to us, we will gain access to memories from past civilizations, like Lemuria. We will gain access to future possibilities too, since time is a dimension we move through linearly as 3D beings, but is actually taking place all at once.

Conclusion

All of this information is so exciting to me. Now, I take anything I learn with a grain of salt and just enough intellectual skepticism to be able to hear my own heart and mind. This new information: does it make sense to my heart? Does it make sense to my mind? Does it ring true with my intuition? This helps me keep a sense of myself whenever I am learning anything new.  

Sometimes I learn something and I can feel it in the pit of my stomach - it is wrong!! I grow upset and almost nauseous. No matter how logically something is presented to me, if it will cause others harm and aims to separate us, I reject it. This is because I leave space for self to evaluate on my own, rather than getting lost in the concepts and accepting that at face value.

So I can tell you that the energy I felt at the Gaia Channeling Conference was real. The vibrations there were positive, uplifting, intense, loving, and benevolent. That was important for me to be able to attend and stay there. And the energy from Lee Carroll and Kryon were for peace, for unity, and for expansion. I did not feel any ulterior motives or malevolent energy. I felt Lee’s enthusiasm and excitement about his being able to connect to Kryon. And about being able to “see beyond the veil” in general. 

 

I resonate with the idea of ascension and awakening as Kryon described. As well as the complex layers of reality that exist to make oneness and duality possible at the same time. The ideas around multiple dimensions definitely ring true to me, as I have enjoyed learning about scientific proofs and theories on this topic.

I will continue to research more of the Pleidians and the 24th chromosome pair. I have not heard of these before and look forward to learning more. You’ll hear from me as I investigate more on the Pleidians and humanity’s evolving chromosome sets.
